The S7, big brother of the S5, has a larger sealed enclosure and a 6-1/2" (17 cm) bass/midrange driver. The result is a system that delivers extended frequency response (35 Hz to 20 kHz) with unparalleled off-axis response and accurate timbre throughout the room. Yes, those are our proprietary Variable Aperture Transducers™ (VATs) on top. Other features and sonic characteristics are virtually identical to the S5s– including the heralded palpability and depth of image. From $3750 USD per pair, depending on finish. The S7T is sonically identical and features the driver components in a taller, more slender floor-standing cabinet recommended when a floor-standing installation is required or desired.
